I'm a platform engineer and tinkerer from Prague, working across cloud and AI.
A Python CLI that simulates SCP, IAM & RCP policy changes against real CloudTrail data — so you can safely validate permission changes across a multi-account org before they ever hit production.
A personal cluster running real production patterns: GitOps with Flux CD, Kustomize for environments, and SOPS + Age secrets committed safely to Git. Exposed via Cloudflare Tunnel — no public IP, no open ports, zero-trust by default.
A gamified habit tracker with real RPG mechanics — XP, levels, quests. Built end-to-end, shipped to the App Store.
I write about cloud security, identity and AI — and the human side of building: burnout, discipline, and figuring it out in public. Writing is how I think.
Why I stepped away from Level Journey for five months — and what I found when I came back.

Read on Substack → 25 Oct 2025Writing as a thinking tool — the clarity hides in your messiest first drafts.
Read on Substack →Started in IT support for call centres, then ran international support across 21 European countries — user accounts, access rights, network monitoring. First taste of how much pain lives in manual, repetitive ops.
Consultant. Built production chatbots and voicebots in Python, then GenAI assistants for EMEA Audit & Legal teams. Shipped cloud-native contact-centre (CCaaS) architectures.
Cloud AI Engineer. Owned an enterprise AI orchestration platform on Azure Machine Learning for automated content generation — with security gates and guardrails for safe model deployment, plus automated PR environments to spin up QA instances on demand.
Platform Engineer. Defined the multi-cloud identity standard across 80+ AWS accounts and 150+ Azure subscriptions, and built an automated identity-governance platform that wiped out 100% of manual provisioning.
I'm Radek — a platform engineer with 7+ years in IT, four of them building secure cloud infrastructure, identity systems and AI-powered tooling across Azure and AWS. I care about infrastructure as code, identity governance, and self-service platforms that take the operational load off engineering teams.
I started on the service desk, where I learned to build for the customer. I still do — that's what all of it is about.
